Mediation Update

Yesterday's mediation went well. It was pretty much the same as the one before, so it still seems pointless to me. I don't know why the school couldn't just talk with me about it instead of dragging it through the court system. They want me to get Trey's doctor to send them a letter saying how his Autism and Bi-polar effect his sleep and on the days he goes to school with less sleep than he should've had, I'll send a note to the school and they'll let him nap for a half hour or so. That will help a lot. I still don't know why we couldn't have worked this out ourselves.

I made it to work only 35 minutes late yesterday, so that was good. I got done around 5:30, came home and was hoping to go out on the Harley since Jerry was home from work early and it was such a nice day, but he was tired so we just sat around the house.

I'm off today so I'm just going to get some laundry and cleaning done and hopefully get together with Carri some time today or tomorrow. That'll be really nice, I'm looking forward to it.

Shannon's cousin has a son with Autism and she introduced us through MySpace. Her name is Janice and she's started a new advocacy group. We've talked a couple times through messages. She seems really nice and very helpful, I'm so glad we've met and I'm really grateful to Shannon for introducing us.
