Uneventful Day

Jerry's at work, the kids are in school, I'm making pierogies for breakfast and I work 7:00 to midnight tonight. That pretty much sums up the day. It's definitely a quiet one.

Work last night was fun. I worked with Heather, Kenny, Jeremy and Miranda. I got done early because we were slow and there wasn't much to do but it was still fun so I hung out for a little while just talking and playing around even after I clocked out. They were all chasing each other around with suds and ice and we just had a really good time. My muscles are sore today, I'm just not used to that kind of work and that amount of it lol Heather is off for the weekend and Kenny is working this morning so I don't know who will be working tonight, but I hope it's as fun as it was last night. Having fun at work sure makes it a lot easier to be there.

I'm off tomorrow so Jerry and I will probably go to the Legion. Saturday I work 2:00 to 9:00pm and I'm guessing Jerry will be at the Legion for the drawing so I'll probably meet him there. Or maybe I'll come on home and have him come get me so we don't have both vehicles there.

Tuesday is Trey's IEP meeting. I'm going to see if they'll just give him 15 spelling words instead of 20. He just can't seem to remember them all and almost always gets 10 right so I think 15 would be good. It would give him more of a chance for a better grade and still give him a challenge. I'm also going to tell them that I think he's not ready for the "regular" Social Studies and Science classes that they have him in and see what they say. With there being only a few months of school left this year, it may be better to have him try to stick it out instead of changing his classes again so close to the end of the year.

1. I've been getting out more which is good because now I'm more interactive with my life instead of just sitting here letting it all go by.
2. I started working again and that's good because it makes me feel better about myself and gives me some extra money.
3. I got my hair cut, my eyebrows shaped, my nails done and I've started wearing makeup every day. Those are all good because they make me feel better about myself. The next step is to get some highlights or something for my hair.
